Juan Pollo #2 was established in January of 1986. The San Bernardino location is currently the largest Juan Pollo and serves as the flagship store. Albert Okura, the founder, spends most of his time at this location.


Located inside the restaurant are many of the articles written about Juan Pollo, and its activities. There are also a display cabinet with an extensive collection of chicken dolls, and chicken characters collected over the years. The manager of the store is Gloria Rodriguez. Gloria started working at Juan Pollo, San Bernardino in 1989.
